So here's the deal. Returns kill costs. And I want to keep costs as low as possible so that prices can hang right down there with them. Additionally, no one wants to share shirt sweat- am I right? At the same time, I may be known as the "queen of returns" to some people, and I understand that it's so hard to judge fit when shopping online. Here's the compromise:
Our policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have tags attached.
To avoid delays please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to post to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend you order the new item to ensure it is in stock, and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange sending the purchased item back. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to exchange your item due to it arriving damaged, or receiving the wrong item, color or size, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, so we can be sure to set your desired item aside. You will not be charged shipping for exchanges of items that were damaged or defective.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Naya Blake Clothing, PO Box 1664, American Fork, Utah 84003.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
