Our policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have tags attached.
To avoid delays please email email@example.com to initiate a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less original shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to post to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are final sale. One day heavily discounted sales, including our 12 days of Christmas deals are final sale as well. If you purchased during our sitewide black Friday sale and need to return; a $6 original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend you order the new item to ensure it is in stock, and send us an email at email@example.com to arrange sending the purchased item back. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to exchange your item due to it arriving damaged, or receiving the wrong item, color or size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, so we can be sure to set your desired item aside. You will not be charged shipping for exchanges of items that were damaged or defective. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs from opening your package (cuts in the clothing, etc). We are also not responsible for stolen packages that have confirmed delivery with the shipping company.
To return your product, you should email your request to email@example.com. We don't not return to the same location we ship from.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping, if any, on the original purchase will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
